How we use it
Your information is used only to source material, prepare quotes, coordinate delivery and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your information.
Files you upload
Plant lists and availability files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only PlantPin Pro staff and the account that submitted the file can access it.
Email communication
We send a confirmation email for every submission and follow-up messages about your quote. Administrative notifications go to PlantPin Pro staff only.
Data retention and requests
We keep submissions for as long as needed to service your projects and meet business records requirements. To request a copy or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.
