Quotes and pricing
All pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars and remains valid only for the period stated on the written quote. Prices are subject to change based on grower availability, material grade, freight and fuel costs.
Availability disclaimer
Availability and pricing are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing on a PlantPin Pro quote. Grower inventory moves daily; material shown as available may be sold before an order is confirmed.
Substitutions
When specified material becomes unavailable, PlantPin Pro will propose a substitution for your approval before shipping. Botanical names and specifications are used exactly as provided by the grower.
Delivery
Freight is quoted separately unless stated otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permitting, oversize routing and site access.
Use of the portals
Customer accounts and grower invitation links are personal to the recipient. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and invitation codes confidential.
